Complaint Review: Infinite Spot

Infinite Spot LCC Pierre Louis Musael Fake Agency offered a super-attractive Miami-Beach located apartment via Booking.com. Requested immediate payment, charged card but STILL requested CC details. I did not provide those (only fake CVS) though pushed because otherwise the booking would not be confirmed (though the money was already charged via the Booking.com website Credit-Card processing). I noticed the company was new since Nov 23 and the apartment had no ratings, was brand-new and too cheap compared to similar offerings. However, a guy named Pierre Louis Musael from that agency Infinite Spot LLC responded, reassuring his company would keep "payments in safe hands". The booking was cancelled from their side without reason, no money was reimbursed, no messages responded, the phone number changed, I tried the previous one, only AM, now is also a fake. Highly warning to not book vacational apartments via this agency (or others) that are offered to a price that is are good to be true. www.infinitespot.com
