I had one experience with Infinite Surplus and will never order from them again.

Yes, their price was lower for an HP printer cartridge than elsewhere. But they delivered a defective cartridge and refused to take it back, even though HP has a warranty for the life of the cartridge. That's clearly stated on the box.

But I was brushed off by an unnamed "Customer Service" person in an email from Infinite Surplus. There's no phone number, no appeal.

When I contacted HP for help, they told me it's the retailer's responsibility to replace the cartridge. The way this works is that the retailer then contacts HP for a replacement, so the retailer isn't out any money. But Infinite Surplus refused to comply, leaving me with an expensive and useless printer cartridge right out of the box.

Beware. Never order from Infinite Surplus, unless you're willing to pay $90 for something defective and useless and never see your money again.

As to HP's treatment... Well, that's for another posting.
