I took my car in for 82,500 miles service to this dealership which costs $170 and when i went to pick the car up they hand me a $900 bill. when checked i realized they performed a 60,000 miles service which i ddint need. the service rep did not explain the service and it cost and i signed the service contract without reading it. 

since i signed the paperwork i did pay for the $900 out of pocket but they tricked me, i told the service manaeger that he lost my business for goods and he told me thats your personal opinion. 
please make sure you read every line in the service contract and do not rely on the service reps to explain everything to you.
this dealership is by far the worst infiniti dealership i ever done business with and the service manager is the worst to deal with.
