A child, 16-17 years old female, hit my car with the car she was driving in the parking lot of the local public library. She admitted guilt twice. As the damage to both cars was not serious I suggested that we do not bother Infinity, the insurance company of the car's owner. Due to the fact that I am born European and I speak with a funny accent and also due to the child's (I am 70 years old) social inexperience I was perceived as a criminal. She photographed all my car, around it, licence plate, VIN number and all.  She also photgraphed me before I had time to observe it.

One hour later I changed my mind and I decided to have my car repaired. I contacted Infinity and spoke with a young person, he said his name was David. He tried to intimitate me, asked illegal questions (date of birth, social security number, driver license number), said the adjustor's name was "Shwana", and gave me two body-shop names and addresses to go for my car to be inspected. The addresses proved to be false. Neither the businesses nor the street names and numbers exist.

I confronted them and they connected me to a guy, he said his name was "Taun". He said they have not talked to the child that caused the accident yet, only to the owner of the car. He flatly refused to send someone to inspect my car and have it repaired. He claimed that I caused the accident.

Two days after reporting the accident to that David as mentioned above, I received a paper from Birngiham, AL that says I should go to my own insurance and have them pay for the repair of my car.

In other words, Infinity Insurance is not only a big sty, it is also a gang of criminals. Maybe it belongs to a Mexicam drug cartel?

I have reported this to the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI and I will make it public during the weekend. I will send a  copy to all major news papers around the country, distribute copies to all local public libraries and also in coffee shops, restaurants and other public places Last but by no means least, I will send copies to all insurance agents that work with those criminals.

PS. I have been told by several people that they cheat even their own customers, not only the people the cars of wich
are damaged by their customers. They also follow me whereever I go, they come to my home and try to intimidate me
and make no atempt to hide it. They even use a vehicle with their company name on it.
