This travel company solicited my family to attend a travel program by offering us a freee cruise.  We attended the Radisson Resort in Port Canaveral and they said there was a free cruise if we sat throught the hour and a half program.  The program was 3 hours and high pressure sales like a timeshare.  Upon trning in hte information that was required the cruise ended up costing $3045 for two people in a lower cabin.  I would have been fine if the cruise was discounted but when i went to the carnival website the cruise was 1400 for two people.   lol.......  I am at this point respectfully requesting mymoney back and have contacted the Radisson Resort at Port Canaveral and discussed this whole situation with Joe Panacia, manager ..  The CEO on file is Jonathan Erickson as far as I can tell.   DO NOT ATTEND THIS GROUPS NONSENSE SEMINAR>>>>>This constitutes false advertising....

Infinity Incentive Group is in no way affiliated with the company or person that you received your promotional offer from.  The company you received the promotional offer from is the Sponsor of your offer and purchased it from us to give to you as a Thank You.  The promotional offer can only be fulfilled based on the terms and conditions outlined on your certificate. 

We have no way of knowing the Sponsor's sales and marketing practices; we are only a third party vendor.  If you are concerned that you were told something different than what was outlined in our terms and conditions than you may have received the wrong promotional offer, at which time you would need to go back to your Sponsor for clarification.

Our booking agents work diligently to provide each and every client with the best information regarding their travel requests.  Any balances due for these travel requests is based on how well the terms and conditions of the offer are met.

Participation in our offers are completely voluntary and everyone is always entitled to a full refund of their deposit if they wish to discontinue their participation.

Please feel free to contact our customer service department at 866-653-2139 for a status update on your deposit. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:45pm PST to assist you.  If you would like to provide us with your customer number (or pin number) on this forum, we would be happy to look into it and contact you back with the status update.
