Greetings Mr. Abraham Rivero CA Dept of Insurance ,
 
I am emailing you the response I received from Infinity Insurance. There are many inconsistencies 
 
with the response from David Kelba of Infinity Insurance. 
 
  • My Auto Body Repair Rights to Choose my Repair company and be compensated according to their estimate 
  • has been violated.
  • A total of $1977.33 was paid from Infinity so far for the preliminary estimate.
  • My estimate from N.A.S. is $2492.34. A difference of $ $515.01 is due to be paid to me.
  • The secondary estimate of $392.08 was paid as supplemental estimate.
 
A teardown estimate fee was not included in what has been paid already by Infinity . Therefore $100 is owed.
