I cannot believe this F-minus company can still underwrite in the state of Connecticut. IF they pay claims it can take up to four months before a check is issued to restore the client to precondition loss in the event of an accident. They have great rates, can you guess why? Furthermore, I presume they have one customer service rep for the entire country. Should you call you will get "your call is very important to us, we are presently experiencing a wait time in excess of 12 minutes." OK, wrong.

As an agent I waited 42 minutes for a person to answer who was very uninterested in assisting me and my (thier) client. After providing proof of prior insurance that was legit so we could maintain the clients discount (after they sent a bill for double the quoted premium) the rep had to put me on hold twice and for an additional 10-15 minutes each time because she had no idea what to do.

After she spoke with an undewriter twice at length, she said the documentation provided was not good enough. Huh? I had to nearly argue the customers side. I am suppose to represent the carrier, but not in this case. I was treated poorly and yet were providing sales on thier behalf. No, no more and i recind my appointment to write for them anymore. These are two of too many examples that i can provide but will not.

Furthermore i will be requoting all present Infinity customers and move them to real insurance carriers. Over the past two years the quality and quantity of customer service and follow-through to agents and the named insureds has gavitated to zero. Seeing as Infinity could care less about agents and customers by providing the benefits they promote, I will save my book of business by transferring all customers as soon as possible. Furthermore, the Insurance Commissioner in the state of CT will be informed with specific details of clients that can not be provided in this complaint for identity protection.

the next time you see an Infinity vehicle, they are white with orange "Infinity" stickers on them, give them the finger if so inclined. I wonder if one of thier vehicles is involved in a collision if they would pay thier own claim and how long would it take. How seriously rediculous especially in these difficult times to put emence pressure on clients if they need claims to be restored!

The BBB will be notified as well and its no wonder thier rating is dispicable. Infinity, go away and get out of our state. We need real carriers that will help protect our clients and not be treated if thier accident was an "on purpose." You promise and by law are required to "restore the client to pre loss conditions." Who gave you the right to change the law? Go away and do not come back.
