Infinity Logo Design Incompetent and Neglectful Not given on their website Internet
I agree with all the people who gave this company a poor rating. I live in the UK and we were required to pay upfront. No sooner had they received the payment, it was as if they could forget the service. All promises to return calls or respond to email enquiries went out of the window.
Once the logo design was finished, it was the stationaries stage and this is when the problems started. They took a staggering two months to design the stationary which consisted of nothing more than adding a bottom border to the paper and the logo as usual was on the top left hand side of the business card, letterhead or envelope. They did not even care to adjust the size to UK measurements. Only once I found out by going to my local printers, I had to return to ask for the change to UK sizes. This simple change of measurements took them another staggering 2 months!
Unlike what their online advert suggests, they do not consult the customer to understand what the customer wants, nor do the designers get in touch if they didn't understand a written instruction, and this simply results in repeated revision requests for the same changes because their designers couldn't be bothered to heed the instruction and what the customer wants.
The website was also a simple design, yet they have taken 4 months just to produce a standard template and all they had to do was fill in whatever contents we gave them. Then they lost a video I sent to them to upload on my web page, given that online mediums such as Dropbox and Google take 3 hours to upload, they cared little. So when the time came to upload it onto my website, they claimed it was missing, it means that instead of saving the file they carelessly allowed it to become deleted. It took another week to successfully transmit the video for them to receive for the website.
They then told me that the development phase would only take a week, but after a month it turned out that they still needed my input to design and finish off the Facebook and Twitter pages before development could begin. They said they couldn’t upload my video on the main website page because it would slow down the whole operation of the website but that there was a utube page with my design package budget so it could be uploaded there. But they have kept sending my the utube page empty. There is a total absence of strategy and planning/coordination for the projects, and they don't feel they have to stick to any accuracy of delivering information correctly or amend to an instruction correctly.
This has caused lots of unnecessary delays which directly impacted my ability to start the marketing of my business which means that the delays are costing me my loss of income. Please would American Authorities do something about it ?

A Criminal offence :
Since my first report published on 06Sept2014 in this journal and with other review centresduring these dates, the company took notice and initially decided to convince me that they were doing something about it. They decided to inform me that they were going to replace the previous account handler for a senior one who would get into action and sort out the outstanding issues.
Unfortunately although the new person arrived to finish the job, some of the previously reported defects still showed for eg he claimed that the demo website was already finished and developed when it was quite the opposite, furthermore he made no effort to familiarize himself with the concept, theme and latest stage of development of the work so that he could understand quickly what to do without needing my full background history and detailed instructions from scratch. The evidence of secret meddling ie someone deliberately altering the IT coding of my website had already emerged in that the demo site as it was missing several photos, forms, pages, and presented mixed up texts inspite of final files which contained had been approved. One would have thought there would be security procedures preventing hacklers or unauthorized staff from altering ongoing jobs waiting to complete I was shocked at the time to learn that so much had changed even given that the demo site had been checked with the previous account handler, so it is hard to believe that it just changed by itself. I, of course, complained, and these are recorded on my emails of 11th, 12th, 13th Sept, their reply on 18th Sept, and then my emails of 22nd, 23rd sept continued to find new emerging problems such that their one off correction was no longer sufficient. The demo site kept changing and kept needing constant amendments even 2 months on and as at 13th Nov 2014, it is still not error free.
And as far as the stationary set is concerned, the history so far is that their designers took 8weeks to adjust to a Letterhead border height limit that I specified should be between 0.75 to 1inch, then they took 4 months to get the 3 types ie the business card, envelope and Letterhead to UK sizes with a 3mm bleed extension which was needed due to how the design was and to enable the printers to cut without infringing on the design.
But they just couldn't manage it without altering the original design so in the end I had to accept their final versions as a changed version from the original. There was a ‘WORD’ version of the letterhead which I requested because I needed it for my internal use ie on my PC for emailing purposes etc without wanting to print letters on expensive paper and then scan them, so by having a WORD version it would enable me to email directly. Unfortunately for me, they have taken 2 months and still not amended it to UK sizes to date.
I have no further confidence or trust that either my website will be safe or finished, as it has become 8 months. I repeatedly asked for my refund but they refuse inspite of their sabotage, neglect and incompetence. So new consumers need to be informed that their 100% money back guarantee is a hoax advert.
They also operate with false addresses in the UK which is a criminal offence under UK law. They also intervened with stopping Trustpilot to publish my reviews and given that suddenly in Sept2014 there were several 5 star ratings on some of the same sites that I used, I would say be cautious when reading their ratings because Trustpilot was removing not just mine but other people's bad reviews on this company. These are the factors that initially fooled me into giving this company my business as the internet was shoiwing good reviews and they also told me that they had UK branches for me to rely on, and that there was a 100% money back guarantee.
Further disappointing fact is that Trustpilot removed my review claiming that I had not provided proof of purchase, this is entirely false, because I did, but as they knew they were lying, so then they had to block my password, and my phone calls so that they wouldn’t have to explain. Due to these behaviours I would not regard some of their 5 star ratings as valid. It is impossible to comprehend how they delivered 5 stars to other people when very basic skills needed to be supervised and instructed everydayb to get anywhere with my website. The important evidence is that after my complaints they have definitely been sabotaging my website to keep it in perpetual state of amendments and therefore not deliver a finished product.
