I ordered 3 x Cisco AS58-24CE1-RF from Infinity Micro on Septembet 4, 2009. I was given a 7-10 lead time delivered. I was told the units were in stock and would ship right away. Today is September 28, 2009, and still, no equipment.
They gave me the run around for 3 weeks, pissing off my customer so bad that it ruined our relationship. My customer cancelled the order and I had to come out of pocket to refund him.
On September 23, 2009, Michael Ban, Dominique Viray, and Jennifer Jacinto all claimed that my card was refunded. Now, 5 days later, no refund. They charged my card for $20,250, and never sent any equipment, and never had any intention on doing so. Now, they are not answering calls, emails, or instant messages.
After doing some research on this company, I found about 90 reviews, with 95% being negative and all with the same story as mine. I have just filed a chargeback with my credit card company, in an attempt to recover my money. Please do something about these scam artists.
