Complaint Review: Infinity Moving & Storage New York

WOW....THEIVES!!! MOST DISGRACEFUL EXPERIENCE!!! WE WERE ROBBED AND LIED TO!!!

My mother wanted to move to California and so I found Infinity Moving and Storage, Inc. 1st Red Flag - their moving man was from another county, Czech Republic, Turkey??? He came to our house and I helped him pack their moving truck and he hinted at a tip, which I gladly gave him. 2nd Red Flag - We noticed there wasn't a lock on the truck door. And he says that someone just stole the lock, while he was helping us move up and down the stairs.

Either before or during storage, they pilfered through every box, stole all our valuables, computer, CDs - entire collection etc.. irreplaceable family pictures that could break your heart. And when we try to receive our things from their Bronx storage - they said they couldn't return our things until we paid them. After we paid them - over 27 boxes were missing. Our New 27 inch TV was crack in pieces. The owner said theirs cameras in the storage and no crime was discovered.

So he blame the moving man, who already left the country. He said the moving man could have stopped somewhere, before bringing our things to the Bronx storage. Who's the traveling thief? The wouldn't tell us the name of their driver who pick up our things. The owner offered us $12.00 per box. The police department in the Bronx said unless we show proof with a "VIDEO" - they couldn't help. The owner or manager said we couldn't come on the property to view the video footage where our things were stored.

DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!! ITS A SCAM!!! THEY'RE CRIMINALS!!!  SAD MEMORIES!!!
