Complaint Review: INFINITY SOLAR POOL HEATING

Hi,

I contacted Infinity Solar Pool Heating to have an estimate that they were going to charge $65.

They were supposed to come at 10:30am by 2:30pm Rafael Delgado the owner calls me to tell me his employee was injured the day before and they couldn't come. I was upset because they could have let me know in advance.

The next day he was supposed to arrive at 10:30am, he arrived at 12:45pm on his own without any employee. He made a quick assessment of the situation and told me he would email me a quote by end of day and waved the fee for being late (close to 30 hours late). 

Next morning 9:00am still no quote. I call and talk to a lady that seemed to be his wife (Not sure), after telling her everything, she told me I was abusing her and to use someone else. 

Rafael called me immediately and told me I have to be parient, that yesterday it was raining and COVID-19 (I fail to understand what is the relation to sending the quote), then he yelled at me that I was unprofessional (I'm suppposed to be the client here) and hangup and texted me to find someone else. 

I saw more post on yelp conforming my position and the same issues with other people. BE AWARE.
