Complaint Review: Infinity Systems Plus

The company did not have the system I ordered and paid for. I asked for a refund and they refunded all but $10 they kept for processing fees.

Since they did not have the product I feel they should refund the full amount. Not my fault they did not have the product.

I have called them twice, and written them 3 times. They don't even bother to answer.

I quit calling because I could not understand the person in sales - his accent was too thick and not understandable. When I asked to speak to someone else he refused!
