Infinity systems customers service lacking

Orderd a MB/CPU/Memory combo on 1/5/06. It is now 1/9/05. I filled out the questionair for a tracking number 3 times, also emailed yesterday and still no response. So , $256.32 was immediately sucked out of my paypal account when I ordered and I have heard nothing from them so far. Had I read these and other reports on this company I would have stayed clear of them to begin with.

Update 4/12/05. REceived components but no invoice and no email saying it was sent. Also I have a bad ram chip and submitted a tech support request this am. Havent heard anything back yet. So They do deliver but defective item and no communications makes it a bit hard to trust them.
