I paid my account via CC yesterday- payment acknowledged and invoice paid. Went to my website and got Acct Suspended message. Calls to all departments ring but no answer. The reseller line has VM but fat chance of a return call. So my customers get that message when they go to my site. Apparently the profits for the company went up their nose and they couldn't make margin call. Their website is lipstick on a pig.
For ALL- I was directed to this company by upperhost.com. They still show this company as top rated.

The Servers are in charge now----my site is up but the phones are down. Some poor marketing guy is hiding under his desk while an MCSE over medicated on Jolt Cola is roaming the hallways of Infinology with a 1GB thumb drive and thinking to himself "somebody's gonna get an upgrade tonight. I'm still not expecting an answer to my email or anybody on the phones. Other than the marketing guy and the MCSE everybody else is in the Bahamas. Go ahead prove me wrong Infinology.
