I was sent a letter saying I won 450,000.00 dollars and that I was to deposit a check for 4,750.00 dollars into my account to pay taxes. I was also to call a man named brian davis at 1778-898-5123 before I cashed the check. I called the number and spoke to brian davis and he told me to cash the check and after I cashed the check to call him and he would give me further instructions.

this is when I knew something was wrong because the only thing brian could say was to cash the check. I feel he wants you to cash the check because it is no good and he wants your info to steel money from you.

this company should be forced to pay this money to anyone who received this letter. this is a lie and forgery to deceive the public. I feel this company should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Info-Graphix did not scam anybody! Info-Graphix was ripped off!

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, February 23, 2008

Info-Graphix recieved well over 400 phone calls from people all over the country asking about a check they received from us. As soon as we hung up with the first call we had our bank on the phone asking what to do about a scam that was in place with not only my companies name but all of our checking account numbers. We closed that account down that afternoon fearing a larger problem.

I'm the owner of Info-Graphix and we have been fighting this scam since day one. A scam artist somehow got their hands on one of my company checks and printed hundreds if not thousands of checks with our address and checking account info to start this lottery scam. Again we have nothing to do with the Canadian Lottery! We reported this to our local police as well as the county district attorney's office and was told that they couldn't really do anything.

If you would like more info on this please fell free to contact me. I will check this site for the next couple of weeks and will answer any question you may have.
