Do you want free cable?

The units from our company work, and they work great. Our website, http://www.inphome.com, states that you must contact your cable to have the units authorized to use them. Without authorization, you are basically trying to steal cable television from the cable company. Do you think you don't have to pay for cable services, while the rest of us do?
People like this, who hide behind the internet, have tried to use our units to steal cable services from Cable Companies, by using our units. These do not work like this.
As far as our refunds go, it states on our website that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as they are actual costs. And, we also state that if the customer, at any time, decides to cancel his order, and return the unit for a refund, they may be charged with up to a 20% restocking fee.
It is not our fault if the customer thinks that they can recieve free cable television services by using our units. We have thousands of customers across the United States who have ordered our units, called their cable company, and have gotten them authorized, and are using them happily.
Our units do not steal cable television. If you would like to eleviate the cable box rental fee from your company, and plan on using a unit from us legally, we would be more than happy to sell one to you. If you would like to use it to try to steal cable, don't order, as you will be unsuccessful at doing it.
Thank you,
