First I got a call asking where their payment was, I had no idea who Infocom was and never received a bill. They faxed me a copy of the bill saying we owed them about $300 for a 2 year listing, we never received the product. I called to say we're not paying for something we never received. They said we're paying for a service to be listed in their directory. They supposedly have a recording of me giving them authorization to bill us. There are 2 recordings, the first one with the sales pitch no longer exists, they claim they taped over.

You have 30 days to cancel an order. Invoice date was 6/15 we never received until 7/23. They will not let us cancel. We spoke to Tom in the Sales Office and to Liz in the billing dept. Wrong numbers have been given out when trying to reach them and they don't return calls.

If an order was placed by our company, it was done so in error. There is nothing in their invoice that talks about cancellation within 30 days. They are a dishonest company.
