A small business has also been a victim of InfoCom USA. I tried to come to an agreement to return the shipment unopened for a full refund and I was told no. The only part of the taping that they do have is the follow-up call from Quality Assurance, but in reference to the initial sales call this they do not have.

When we were contacted the same sales pitch was given that this was for a 2 year renewal advertisement and I specifically double-checked with the sales person Nikki that indeed 2 years ago the same advertisment was bought and payed for and the answer was yes. Well when I looked for the records after already agreeing this was not true.

I tried to be courteous and have good faith the the lady I spoke with Gudrun who was very defensive by the way. It's unfortunate since this was quite a bit of money for a small business $379.95. I also tried to speak with her so called supervisor who was out to lunch and then I got hung up on.

I have filed a report with BBB in North Carolina and feel that everyone else should do the same.

Search google and you find some interesting information about InfoCom USA plus look at their homepage under employment. I am still trying to contact a (supervisor). This is sad!
