Complaint Review: Infocom USA

Infocom USA apparently obtains names and phone numbers for organizations and businesses off the internet, and manipulates people into reciting phrases that are recorded without permission.

Then they fax you an invoice for $299.00 for a listing in their "directory" which turns out to be a CD for sale. Don't be taken in by this scam! If it was a valid service, you would be told upfront about the cost of their "services", and you would receive courtesy copies of their directory.
