This company is a FRAUD, they look for any and all reasons to deny their rebates. I bought 3 phones through them. When I spoke with the reprentative I told him that we would want to transfer 2 of our numbers over. He told me that they couldn't do that there but that we could call and have the numbers changed when we got the phones.

When we got the rebate forms they are very tedious, you have to wait over 6 months to get your rebate and you only have about a 6 week window to compile everything and get it sent in. We complied to the letter and they STILL denied $175.00 worth of rebates. Supposedly $75.00 is in the mail but I will believe it when I see it. We spent hours on the phone and email with this company and below is the last email they sent me. WATCH OUT THEY ARE IN BUSINESS TO NOT PAY THE REBATES!!!!! Don't take my word for it, just search this site and you will see multiple complaints. I wish I had done this before ordering from them.

Hello Nathan,

Thank you for the e-mail. I've been researching your account and I'm unable to find any notes in our system stating you requested your old numbers be transferred before you originally placed the order or notes in the system stating you called in to request your numbers be forwarded. I'm sorry but the rebate form clearly states to maintain the same mobile number at original time of order placement. I wish there was more I can do but unfortunately I cannot have the denials overturned.

Yours truly,

Subject: REBATES

Good day: My name is Nathan and I got your email addresses from Ripoffreport.com. You have several complaints there similar to mine but you appear to be making an effort to respond to them so I decided to try contacting you prior to taking further action.

We purchased 3 phones from you in March 2005. After we purchased the phones we got your rebate terms and it is appears to me that this is done to minimize the rebates paid out. We decided to watch dates very carefully and get everything "just right" to try and get the rebate. One rebate has been revieved but the other two have been rejected. That is what I am trying to get your help with.

The problem with both of these rebates is that when we signed up, we asked to have our old numbers transferred. When we got the phones, that was not done. We had our old numbers transferred by All-Tel and now Inphonics states we disconnected service and are not eligible for the rebates. We did not disconnect but had All-Tel transfer our old numbers. We sent this in with our rebates but that did not do any good. My wife has spent several hours on the phone with your cust. support and has faxed our info twice still with no help. The sumission ID#s are xx and xx for $50 each and xx for $75.

I hope to hear from you soon.
