Complaint Review: Information Net Sources

While searching the web on Friday night, I found a book called The Key to Prosperity. It was a secure site, so I placed my order via charge card.

I printed a receipt that said they were processing my order and I would receive download instructions via email within 24 hours.

Nothing on Sat, or Sunday and on Monday morning I did have an email from the Information Net Source group, with nothing on it, no information, no instuctions on download.

So I replied to their email asking about the missing information, that was early this AM and still nothing, so I sent a second reply asking about my download information and still nothing.

I am concerned as anything else I have ever ordered the information was there for instant download, so is this a rip off it is starting to feel that way.
