After you make your purchase for the product, which is a non working software package, the seller will not respond to you asking for customer support and will also ignore your requests for a refund. Also, this seller has learned to use Paypal to keep from refunding your money. If you make a digital purchase and you receive your item online Paypal does not facilitate a refund for you due to the nature of the purchase.
The seller has apparently done research and is aware of this, so offers you a refund after you submit a tracking number through Paypal, of course you don't have a tracking number because you never returned a package since you never received a package. The seller has learned to use this as an advantage to keep your money, because Paypal will not work in your favor. There are a lot of software programs being offered by this seller.
