SHE FALSE ADVERTISE NOW I HAVE TO TAKE HER TO COURT! I PAID FOR SERVICES UPFRONT SHE NEVER HONORED IT! THE PREVIOUS OWNER NANN LEFT BECAUSE OF MELISSA SHE'S A DRUG ADDICT THAT YOU'RE FUNDING!
THERE'S A MUCH BETTER SPA AROUND THE CORNER IN MCKINNEY! ONE OF THE SUPPOSSED TO BE NURSES STUCK ME 7 TIMES IN A DAY AND DIDN'T FIND A VEIN! HER PRICES ARE NOT WHAT YOU'RE GETTING BACK IN RETURN FROM PRODUCTS. HER OWN WORKER SAID SHE USES EQUATE BRAND! SHE CHARGED ME FOR SKIN LIGHTENING AND TOLD ME I WOULD GET THAT I PAID UPFRONT AND IM THE SAME COLOR SHE IS NOT EVEN A CERTIFIED NURSE HERSELF.

I never signed anything. He door is literally a revolving door! She doesn't keep any workers she is very racist I never received services. And my bank did not refund her she is telling all lies per usual!!!!!! Do not go to her shop no one there even knows what they're doing!!!!! They don't even have proper PPE gear!!!!!!! It was never about the dosage or color!!!!!! It was about the service!!!!!!! I'm on the phone with my back now as we speak nothing was sent back to her.
I never received services!!!!!!!!! So how???? She's definitely a drug addict and would come to her office loopy at times. I'm definitely not done with her as I'm seeking attorney for litigation. I didn't sign anything so by her admitting that and saying that. That's fraud!!!!! Her entire company is a fraud. She pays her workers 100$ a week! So she can smoke her crack! I know because her worker told me and quit!!!!!!!! Black lives Matter and justice will be served!!!!!!!! Do Not Support Crack heads!!!!!!! Nan no longer works there because Melissa can't run a business she said. I have text and proof!!!!!!!!!!

The client received full services with dosages agreed upon in the attached text documentation. I have also attached consent forms signed by client stating there are no warranties or guarantees of successful treatment or desired outcome. This is due to everyone DNA and genetics being different for everyone, which was explained to the client via text communication at the time.
She did not get as light as she wanted and disputed her charge. The bank has already refunded this back to me after reviewing the attached documentation. The owner Nan moved to Tyler Tx over 100 miles away and could no longer be present in the spa. I work with Nan currently in a surgery center that i am also a Director of for 9 years and manage the East Texas Region. Our new partner/medical director is an Anesthesiologist.
All nurses are contract and hold an RN License or Nurse Practitioner. The clients statements are false. I am proceeding with a defamation of character case and slander law suit against the client. In the 2.5 years of being open, she is the only dissatisfied customer we have had. The original agreed upon dosage was 1400 mg as indicated in the text for $150 , with the package of 12 she received 12 bags at $104 at a discount. when she indicated she was not happy the medical director consulted with several other entities and we agreed to offer her 5000mg glutathione as administered in CA and FL spas.
4 treatments for free at a value of $750 to she if she could reach desired results and she declined. All vitamins are compounded at 503B compounding pharmacy's. There is no "brand" to purchase.. Vitamin C 500mg is Vitamin C 500mg you cant compound it any more or less to make it less effective. The client and i came up with the services together, there was no advertising for the product at that time. So there was nothing to falsely advertise. This is not a big service in Texas but very popular in CA and FL. I have also attached text communication of how happy she was with the service and a list of service records.
She received the service at $104 which is much less than the different Vitamin IV infusions offered, which was in line with the amount of dosages she received of the vitamins. The Client was not ripped off.. I am not raciest nor a drug addict.
