Internet beauty add offered a sample of face lotion for shipping charges of $4.95 only. Two weeks later Inherent Beauty charged my debit card $89.85. I called the phone number on my bank statement and was told by Inherent employee that I would not get my money back because I did not cancel my order in time. The employee told me that he could give me a 30%discount on future shipments. I told him that I do not want any more product and he told me there was nothing he could do and it was my fault for not cancelling!
