Complaint Review: Inherent Beauty

Inherent Beauty and NeuDermis I ordered a free sample of , what I thought, was Christie Brinkley's product, because her picture was on the sight the whole time. It said that the sample product was free but I just had to pay for the $4.95 shipping and handling. I then gave my information for the order and tried to submit the order but it wouldn't let me close out until I agreed to also order Neudrmis for an additional $3,.95, I agreed to it . I believed I was only paying the shipping and handling.  Santa ana CalifornIa

I was on Facebook and saw a post for a what I thought was Christie Brinkelys beauty product. Her picture was all over it. It said that I could get a Free sample of the product but would have to pay the 4.95 for shipping. I proceeded to place my order for Inherent Beauty. When I tried to submit the order it would not let me complete it until I agreed to also try NeuDermis for an additional $3.95 shipping charge. I agreed to it and received the products a few days later. Today I tried to use my secured credit card and could not. I called the credit card company and they informed me that I was charged $89.95 for beauty products. They gave me two numbers to call and follow up 877-806-8968 and 877-252-6466. I called and talked with a young man and explained to him that I wanted a refund for the $89.85. He said that he could not refund me since I agreed to the terms and conditions. I asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke with Sandra. She too said no . When I asked to speak with her boss she said she is as high as it gets. I was so angry about being ripped off but also about their lack of empathy. She offered to reimburse me 30% but I refused and said I wanted the full amount refunded. A half hour later I received a call from a Stephanie. She first said that they could offer me a refund of 50 %, and I didn't accept, the she said 75% was all they could do. I still refused. I am a single mom of two boys and barely getting by. The only reason I agreed to purchase the product was because it was free and the only charge was supposed to be $4.95. I hope they are shut down and charged for deceiving the public.
