 I noticed a transaction on my credit card that was not done by me in the amount of $88 for inherent Beauty. I called inherent Beauty and explain the situation to a representative by the name of Jaycee. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and told me that under no circumstances would I be reimbursed for my money when I never even made that purchase. So I asked her if I could speak to her supervisor, she said to me the supervisor was ur not there and he doesn't take calls.

So I said to her I would like to speak to somebody else above you she proceeded to tell me that she was the only one there I again told her I would like to speak to someone besides her and she said fine I will connect you with another representative and left me on the phone on hold for a half an hour I then hung up and called back Jaycee answered again and I said are you planning on connecting me with somebody else she said I was but you hung up I said you made me wait for half an hour she clicked over and put me on hold and left me waiting for another half an hour it got to the point where I had to call my credit card company and have my card shut off and the situation disputed. I am absolutely appalled with inherent Beauty and their representative Jaysee. They are nothing but a rip-off they are nothing but a scam and I have read many other reports from other people complaining about similar things about Inherent Beauty do not order from this company!!!!

I explained that i am a single mother on social security with an 11yr old son and being that i have a very fixed income i would NEVER spend $88.00 on wrinkle creme. The costomer service represenitive Jaycee immediately replied "i cant refund your money". She continued to be so rude and unprofessional. I then asked if I could speak to her supervisor. She said the supervisor was not there and he doesn't take any calls. So I asked if I could speak to someone else besides her she said no I am the only one here.

I said I know that it is not a one-person owned business I would like to speak to somebody else besides you please and she proceeded to tell me that she was the only one there and couldn't help me so then she said fine I will connect you with another representative she put me on hold for over half-an-hour I hung up I called back she answered again I said are you going to connect me to somebody else she said I was going to but you hung up I said you made me wait a half an hour and I don't think it takes that long. She then put me on hold for another half hour. At this point i knew she was playing games with me. So i called my credit card company to have this disputed. Im so completely DISGUSTED with INHERENT BEAUTY and the unprofessional and discraceful represenitive
