Inherent Beauty, YS-Cream, product available for only shipping cost and then, 2 weeks later, 2 entries appeared on my charge card for $89.85 and $89.94! Santa Ana California
On Facebook, advertisement indicating that "the Sharks" were all so impressed with this "wrinkle cream" that all five of them bought into it. When directed to the site for this product, the only information was that you would get a free sample by spending only $4.95 for shipping and handling. They then, also offered an additional cream for another $4.95 shipping fee. There was NO indicating that any further charges would be incurred. The original shipping charges appeared on my credit card statement showing date of 1/28/17.
Then, on 2/11/17, there appeared another charge for $89.85 for JPV*Greateyecream8778514455CA and on 2/12/17, another charge for $89.94 titled SVC Eye Care8774941617NY. Neither of these charges were authorized by me and neither of these charges were outlined in the original face book spot outlining the original offer. No where in the packaging was there any additional information about additional charges. I've not even opened the YS cream and I will be contacting the phone numbers I have. In addition, I will contact my charge card company to ask them to also pursue a refund from this fraudulant group.

A great big thanks to Capital One card company as they went to bat for me, big time! One of the charges will be removed 100% and, after some additional conversation, the additional one will be reduced by 75%. I let Capital One know that this is why I've been a loyal customer for so many years - they stand behind you and provide excellent assistance when issues of this nature arise. Even though I never even opened it, this provider assured me they would reimburse 75% after initially indicating they'd only do 30%. The credit card company, Capital One, was instrumental in getting me the satisfaction I requested. Always use a reputable company for any charges you make for things on the internet. I hope that "The Shark Tank" producers realize that these products are being advertised under their name and the whole thing is nothing but a lure to get you hooked into their product. The company swore they sent me an email however, if you are like me, you don't bother to check your junk emails where this one must have shown up as I never saw it!
