Complaint Review: Ink On Tees

Ink On Tees Company never sent me my order but told me they sent it twice. I asked for a refund. They claim to have sent one months ago, but I never recieved anything. Kenner Louisiana

I needed to purchase two tshirts to give as a gift. I placed an order two months before I needed them. When I called to ask about the status of my order, it took me two weeks to get any response. Eventually someone left a message with me saying that the shirts were shipped to me. No shirts arrived. My deadline came and went, and still no shirts. Soon I was sending emails and calling every day.

Finally, after contacting my bank and the BBB, someone from Inkontees answered the phone and told me that a refund check was mailed to me. It has been close to 3 months since I was told this, and I have seen no check.

This company makes claims that they are working to correct problems, but then does nothing. I ended up getting the shirts I needed from goodstorm.com/index.html and my order arrived in under two weeks. If anyone reading this is looking for screenprinting, I would suggest going there instead of the ripoff artists at Inkontees.
