Complaint Review: Ink Refills R Us/123 Refills

I ordered 3 CD Cleaner Bundle Packs from this company on 12-15-03. They did send me 1 CD Cleaner Bundle Pack and at that time I was charges for the full amount of the order. At this time i sent an email to their shipping department to notify of the shortage.

I received no reply to my e-mail, nor did I receive the rest of my shipment. I then sent an e-mail to the customer service department explaining the situation, and did not receive a reply or the complete order.

I then made a verbal contact to the company on 01-21-04 at 2:05pm, I was told that the person to handle that was not available and that a message would be taken. I have yet to receive a return call from that message nor have I ever received the other 2 CD Cleaner Bundle Packs or a refund.
