Complaint Review: Inka Peruvian Cuisine Palm Springs - Abel Delamora Owner

This new restaurant Inka Peruvian in Palm Springs is a huge health hazard. We found 3 rat traps well servicing this location hidden behind customer tables out of view of the customers. We noted numerous dead and alive cockroaches throughout the restaurant and 1 dead mouse behind the kitchen cooking area. We brought this to the attention of Abel Delamora the owner and he began to yell in Spanish at us. He threatened not to pay us for our services because we told him we had to report the health issue to the county. He never paid for services rendered after we discussed our findings with him to punish us by stiffing us for services performed
