Inkout.com ripoff Scottsdale Arizona
Sept.2002 ordered Canon ink cartridge BC23 from inkout. Asked them for their address so I could send them a check. After several weeks I did not hear from them. I tried emailing them a couple of time with no response. In Jan.2003 My check showed up on my statement as cashed,but I still did not receive the cartridge.
