Inkout Networks, AZ -- Ink cartidges - poor sevice, quality and refufes to honor warranty

In April 2001 I ordered a color and black ink cartridges for my HP-712 Printer from Inkout Networks. The order arrived timely, but was missing one of the cartridges. I phoned Inkout Networks. The lady employee was very nice and advised the cartridge would be shipped the next or following day. Item was received as promosed. However, upon installation it was discovered to be defective. I phoned Inkout Networks and was told a replacement would be shipped that or following day. After several months that replacement cartridge has not been received. Additionally, my emails and phone messages, left of their answering service, advising of none receipt of replacement cartridge have been ignored. However, they continue emailing their advertising to me.
My request to have my address deleted by Inkout Networks have been ignored.

I have since found another highly reliable supplier.

I suggest another provider over doing business with Inkout Networks.
