Inkredible Inkz Will not respond to emails. Unreasonable shipping time. Refuses to provide tracking info. Internet

I placed an order with this company on 1-27-2012. As of 2-2-2012 I have not seen the product.  I emailed them and asked for tracking information and to let them know I was considering returning because of unacceptable shipping times but got no response.  24 hours later I sent them another email and told them I would notify authorities is If did not get a response.  one hour later I repeated the last step.

I just want to know where the package is.  Seven days or more to receive ink cartridges is asinine.  This is for a business. It is not understandable to me that a company in the age of the internet can not be bothered with their own customers.
