I placed an order online with Inks Outlet on July 15, 2007 and only received part of my order. They claimed they would send the rest when it was in stock. I still haven't seen the rest of my order. I tried numerous attempts to reach them by telephone, fax, and e-mail only to be ignored. Their 1-800 telephone service conveniently seems to be temporarily unavailable and to always try again in a couple of hours. When I have gotten through by telephone I receive a recording utilizing the other telephone number listed on their site (it is not toll-free). No human being ever answers.

Their prices are great if you receive your order, but they are a company that is obviously too good to be true.
