Complaint Review: Inkseek Inkout Goinkout

I bought printer cratridges and received a confirming thank you letter and then found out these people do not have any way to check on the order.

Fortunately, they are linked to Yahoo shopping and I got a status saying that my order was shipped. A month later I still have not received anything. Numerous email resulted no answer. Their order telephone that I finally tracked down does not work and the "Customer service" numbere rings and ananswering message comes and then hangs up.

They charged my account immediately knowing they did not ship the product and then a day later charged my account again but this time they tacked on another $100 on top of what they previously had charged me.

I am disputing both charges with my credit card company. I have reported them to Yahoo and my Credit Card Company.

Do not do business with these people. They seem to have a good basis for a good business but seem to be crooked.
