Inksoutlet.com Bay Telecomm,Inc Payment made - NO Delivery Gilroy, California
placed an order with Inksoutlet.com on 9/11/11. As of today 10/5/11 there is still no delivery of purchase.
After waiting nearly a month for purchase, the only thing I have received is an email saying the ink is now in stock and will be sent shortly. However, shortly never comes but, another email a week later stating the same thing as the previous one is received again.
When I email Inksoutlet for an answer - there is no answer. When I call the telephone number no matter what time of the day, there is no answer. In fact the number is a fax number.
This is definitely a ripoff.
