InksOutlet.com BayTelecommm Ordered on 10/30/2011 and I have been told that it shipped, shipping in 2-3 days, and now I am not getting any responses to my emails. This is NOT a good way to do business. I want my order canceled a Gilroy, California

I placed an order for inks on 10/30/2011. When I placed the order it was to ship in 2-3 days. I contacted them to follow up on the shipping and they stated it would ship in 2-3 days again. Again, I tried to follow up and I have not received a response. I am now trying to cancel my order and still no response. I tried calling, no response. What's the story inksoutlet.com? Do you have something to hide?
