After spending nearly 2 years working with and around account management/ client services at InkTel Direct I came to find significant OVERBILLING by Inktel Direct to it's clients including several government clients.  These deceptive practices at Inktel included providing inaccurate client reporting and accounting being asked to fraudulantly post incorrect data to keep clients happy.  Ricky Arriola is the CEO of Inktel and has exhibitted a pattern of false billing. On several occasions I was directly asked "change the reports" and would go into to the Vici Asterisk dialing system and edit the reports so the clients would not be upset.  In most cases these changes would result in a client overbilling.  After some intimidation by management I would typically back down on the issue.  I thought about going to HR, however HR is typically a puppet to the executive team at Inktel.  Finally after time I found another job however I felt these disceptive practices should be put to an end.  Many of the clients are respective brands however Inktel Direct seems much more focused on "image" and collecting awards then just business practices.
