I ordered 2 HP ink cartridges from this company.on June 16th,'02 (Black & Tri-Color)which they sent...but, a week later, when I went to use them they would notwork at all. (My guess is that there isn't any ink in them).

I have sent numerous email messages to which they have NEVER replied. Any phone number I can 'dig up' has been disconnected. I checked their VeriSign (which is listed under Charon Software Inc & sent email there...no response.
