I am writing to complain about the service I have received from Matthew McInerney of Inland Home Mortgage in relation to my mortgage of $59,750.00 on 05/15/2018.
My complaint relates to the fact that Mr. Matthew did not check my income to ensure I could afford to repay the loan he
did not make it clear how much it would cost to repay nor did he tell me in advance that they were going to take money from my bank account.
This has put me in a very difficult financial situation.
