All offices are ill equipted to give patient care. Especially as a pain managment facility for very ill patients. It starts with the Medical Director. Best staff have all left the practice. Appointments are mishandled , you cannot get through the phones, if you do they put you on hold and leave you there.

Staff does not return calls as promised. If you leave a call on after hrs. recording they do not call you back. Medications are given monthly , and they are very often late in getting perscriptions sent to pharmacies causing patients to go without several days meds. Many patients take strong pain medication  and this places patients in danger of withdrawals , very often landing in emergency rooms.

Staff especially the NP's are rude, do not ask about patients health and just come in and talk down to the patients. If you are truely looking for a good DR. for pain managment go elsewhere. Complained many times however it does not get any better. They have after several years taken to drastically reducing medications for patients and in many cases patients will wind up hospitalized and in worse condition than when they came.Have heard many complaints by patients in waiting rooms. This is common practice.
