Complaint Review: Inmar

Inmar Frontera Wine, Excelsior Wine & Spirits Liars. Frauds. They cheated me out of my full refund and then make it impossible to contact them!! Winston Salem North Carolina

I purchased 12 bottles of wine and sent in all the receipts and followed the rebate rules to the letter. I was supposed to receive $24.00 refund and only received a $2.00 check.  What a ripoff.  I've tried to contact Inmar or Fontera / Excelsior Wine & Spirits, but have not located a  phone number that lets you actually speak with a live person.  The company has made it difficult for anyone in the public to reach them by not providing good contact information and by the complaints mounting on this rip off website, they are running a scam.  Buyers beware!

 Dear Consumer,

Thank you for providing your contact information.  After further research, per the terms and conditions this offer only allowed one  receipt.  Per the copies received multiple receipts were sent to the processing plant, resulting in only the $2.00 payment.  We did receive the approval to issue the additional $22.00 payment.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for payment delivery.  Please feel free to contact our office for further assistance with this rebate.  Our phone number is 1-877-819-4280 M-F 8:30 am to 4:30 pm eastern standard time.
