I live in fargo, nd and bought my liquor in moorhead,mn.the form said good only in minnesota.it did not say i had to be a residentin that state to get the rebate.so i shoud get my $60.00 rebate from this company. The rebate form states: Offer valid only to residents of legal purchase age on purchases made in: MN. This means that you had to live and purchase in MN.
