Inmar Rebate Center Rebate invalid,try to call and disconnected 6 times Del Rio Internet

Recieved a post card stating claim was invalid and to resubmit. Tried calling 6 or more times to see what exactly was missing and always get disconnected. Can't resubmit if I don't know what is missing and they have the original receipt.
