 This so called company advertises itself as a secure and easy way contact & purchase goods for your incarcerated loved ones, but in reality they are just a well produced scam website which does not respond to the customers that spend thier hard earned $$! I bought a magazine subscription for a loved one in a Virginia regional jail (not prison) & they have not responded to emails or calls. Nor do they have an actual customer service department- only a messaging system with the same guy on all the extensions. After not getting a response from the company; I did a little research ( which should have been done prior to purchase) & this "company" is located in a mobile home park in Florida. I'm putting a stop payment request in so all will be fine but they are a rip off!!

 InmateAID is a web based company that provides resource information, products and services for family and friends who have loved ones incarcerated in the US. Our headquarters are located at 6803 Lake Worth Road, suite 220, Greenacres, FL. Our toll free number is 866-966-7100. I am posting this as rebuttal to the comments placed by someone alleging to have purchased a magazine subscription through our website. We offer magazines through the publishers, not unlike other websites like Amazon.com. We are paid a commission by the publisher. Once the sale is completed, the publisher of the magazine is responsible for delivering the magazine. It is typical that new subscriptions take 8-12 weeks for the initial issue to arrive. As for our customer service, we are an online company. Like all online companies we offer an electronic means of communication via our website. We also receive phone calls via our toll free number. We do our best to take all phone calls and respond to messages left on our voicemail. We have successfully been in business since 2012, provided service to hundreds of thousands of customers. We know that we can't always please everyone but we are committed to making that our goal.
