Booked unit because online they said they were in a village in Ireland, after a google search found ballystrasna was 2.8 miles outside of cork city. FOUR hundred dollars later with a cab could still not find the place spoke with farmers,home owners and any business we could find anyone who knew of the place. Cabs phone was only phone that worked he called information and the only number for the Agything Lodge was in the Uk they had never heard of the lodge in Ireland. We drove back to Cork and our wonderful cab driv got us into a B&B in Cork? He took us to a store so we could buy a phone, at the B&B I called RCI EIGHT times and was disconnected seven times last call Rafael the rep from RCI told me it was not his problem.

Called a friend who works for Inn Season she has them email instructions on how to get there the next day.

I kid you not we would be twenty miles from any town or village . In the middle of no whee not able to get food with no car.

thanks to our cab driver he did not dump us out in the middle of nowhere.

we paid 15'000 dollars in points for nothing and will NEVER use this company again.

Their customer service sucks the instructions to their customer suck and the units provided suck
