I purchased a $25 prepaid card for diamonds for an online game called Runes of Magic.  I never received the diamonds.  I was needless to say very upset.  I put in complaints with Frogster who claimed the fault was not on there part.  They said they never received the payment.  If they did not received the payment and I paid for the card then the only person here who could be at fault is Incomm.  This company in essence stole $25 out of my pocket.  They took the money that I paid for this card and gave me a code that for one reason or another did not work.  I have received nothing for my $25.  The diamonds Frogster says were never purchased.  The code which I tried to enter again thinking perhaps I never completed the transaction the first time now registers as invalid.  Where did the $25 go?  Where did the diamonds go?  The contact information for the 24/7 assistance takes you to a voice mail.  There is no 24/7 assistance.  I hold out little hope for a resolution, but I though the public should be warned.  If you stupid like I was and try to purchase items for a free to play game never ever use a Fastcard Incomm is a scam and a fraud
