Innoscents Candles & Gifts most came broken and the scents were really faint McMinnville Tennessee
Most of the LARGE rose tarts came broken and she advertised her tarts to be 3X scented. The scents are so faint we cannot make out what they are suppossed to be. And she overcharged me by $7.78 and did not refund the money. I was shorted 5 sets and she never did send them. When I contacted her about my order she said if I sent the broken ones back she would replace them, I asked her about the LARGE roses being so small and thin no answer. She has since put the dimensions of her tarts on her site. Along with proce increases and other information that wasn't there when I made my order. Since this order was not as she advertised I do not think I should have to pay to return them. I want a label to send them all back for a complete refund. The way she packed them it was amazing they weren't all broken.
