Complaint Review: Innova - Escuela de Trabajo

Hola buenos días a todos los afectados sobre la empresa llamada INNOVA en Madrid. os voy a contar la historia de mi pareja, todo empezó hará un mes y medio largo, le llamaron al movil identificandose como empresa talento y proponiendole una entrevista para el viernes, no recuerdo muy bien el nombre de la chica que lo llamó llamemosla "pepita". total, que mi pareja aceptó y se presento el viernes en la entrevista. una vez allí le pintaron todo como la oferta ideal tenia que realizar un curso con ellos que él tendría que pagar (unos 1200e en 6 meses) y después le ofrecián trabajo en hoteles, exactamente en tres hoteles, si ninguno de esos tres hoteles se quedaban con él como trabajador le devolverían el dinero. tras aceptar y firmar los papeles le citan para empezar el curso la semana siguiente. he de añadir que en la entrevista te dicen que es de las ultimas plazas que necesitan que lo firmes ya xq lo tienen que enviar.

cuando mi pareja llego a su casa leimos lo que en verdad ponia en los papeles: solo se devolverá el dinero si no se realizan las practicas, nada de si no te contratan. empezamos a llamar a la empresa para ponernos en contacto con la chica que le hizo la entrevista y nunca nos dejan hablar con ella, en otros numeros de contacto que teníamos nos bloquean. tras mandar un correo diciendo que se da de baja (no te dejan segun el contrato y tienes que pagar si o si) vamos a la comisaria y ponemos una denuncia por fraude. acto seguido nos dirijimos a INNOVA a poner una hoja de reclamaciones e intentar hablar con "pepita" pero "pepita" no quiere hablar con nosotros.

PERO CONSEGUIMOS QUE NOS DEVUELVAN EL DINERO. fuimos al banco con la denuncia y la reclamacion y pedimos una RECLAMACION DE TENEDORES DE TARJETAS DE CREDITO, enseñando la denuncia y contando lo que paso ellos piden un justificante de ese dinero a la empresa talento. INNOVA tiene un mes para contestar y justificar el pago, pero innova no lo hace... al cabo de un mes recuperamos el dinero que te hacen pagar de matrícula, 200€.

por favor todos los afectados seguir los mismos pasos y recuperar el dinero y sobre todo denunciar!! que esto no quede en el aire!!!
