Innovative Accounts Management originally was the collections agency for my physical therapy bills. I was contacted by "Blake King" at Innovative Accounts Management to set up a payment plan to pay off this debt. I made 4 payments of $60 for a total of $240 before settling with them for an additional $900. When it was all said and done I had paid them $1140 for my debt.

Since then I have been contacted by a second colletion agency trying to collect the same debt. I learned after contacting the original creditor that Innovative Accounts Management had not forwarded any of their collections. So as it stand now Innovative Accounts Management has stolen $1140 of my money.

class action lawsuit (please help)

This company has to be stopped. They are holding almost $25,000 of my money, with no reason. Reading the other ripoff reports, they do this to everyone to get the interest or to cover their overspending.


I am filing a class action lawsuit against these people.
